Roger Scott …
This is a portrait of Roger Scott that my father made back in the 1950’s. I believe that Mr. Scott ran the Parks and Leisure Services Department for the City of Pensacola for many years. The City’s Tennis Center on Summit Blvd. is named for him. He was way before my time and I know nothing at all about him. Nice portrait of him at his desk.
