  1. Hello. I just ran across this site and love it. I recognize my two sisters in two of the Round the World play photos. I think I could name a few others too, or at least make a good guess. Are you wanting names?

    • It does not matter to me, but there are a lot of people who have identified people in these photos that I have posted. I am just glad that people are taking the time out of their busy lives to sit down and comment about the photos and identify any people that they recognize. Most of the people that you see in these photos are older than me and so I know very few people that are in these photographs. But that is not really my purpose … I am just throwing these images out there to stir up memories from a different era. I almost said ” simpler and happier time “, however I do not want to sound too old. I am just glad that people want to look at these old photos that my father made. Thanks for looking and commenting and please check back … Frank

  2. These are wonderful, Frank. I attended Agnes McReynolds for my early years, but my aunt, Newrie Beadal was principal at Suter for a number of years.

    • Thanks Jack … These plays were before my time by about ten or fifteen years, so none of these students look familiar to me. I have several negative envelopes of the Suter School plays from back in the 50’s, with maybe 40 or 50 negatives each. So I still have a lot of negatives to work-up and post in the future. There always seems to be a few people that recognize family members and friends and will identify the kids and spread the word around to check this blog out. Thanks again for commenting and please check back … Frank
