Frank Hardy Made My Photographs Two

Paper Machine Abstract …

with 4 comments

This is one of that paper machine that I posted earlier.  I had worked it up several months ago and someone had made a comment about the machine recently and I just thought it was an interesting photograph.  It is not really an abstract, but for lack of a better headline, I just titled it one … Paper Machine just does not get it.  I hope everyone looks at this as a work in progress and I hope to improve my writing skills the more I write.  I had one sentence in the last post that was a terrible run-on sentence, but I tend to write like I talk and my mind works faster than my hands and mouth.  Thanks again for looking … Frank

  1. Frank, I would like to see your site become a collection of personal stories for people like me who love Pensacola. If you want to limit it to your dad’s memory, I understand. He was a really nice guy. There is a website about Birmingham called Birminghamrewound. Maybe a separate, exclusive site for personal Pensacola memories would be appropriate. You might know a local historian who could get Pensacolarewound going. Bill Kreitlein

    • Bill … Thanks for the comment, but this is a blog about my father’s photography, not a blog about people’s memories of Pensacola. I am a photographer and not a historian. Your idea sounds good and I am sure that a lot of people would be interested in it, but I do not have any interest in doing anything like that. I will check out the Birmingham site sometime in the future and see what you are talking about. Thanks for the comment and for posting the suggestions … Frank

    • What year, date and what was your maiden name? Those are the three things I need … always the maiden name, more than the married name. Thanks for the comment … Frank
