Allied Builders …
I do not know anything about this photograph. I had posted it on the other site and I do not believe anyone made a comment on the photo or the business. It looks as if it could have been in East Hill or it might have been in Brownsville or it could have been in Scenic Heights. This is definitely going to take an ” old timer ” to help me out on this photo. So anyone familiar with ” Allied Builders Inc of Pensacola “, please let me hear from you. Thanks for looking …

Bill – I am with you on that! I could never figure out if ” Allied Builders ” was a used car lot or an office for a home builder. A lot of what I post has to do with how little work I have to do in Photoshop to get these images cleaned up to post. This image looks nice printed, since it really is a full toned b&w image. You have to remember that all of my father’s images were created because someone paid him to do so, especially photos like this. I am pretty sure he never looked at the “aesthetic” quality of the scene, just a pay check. So most of what I put up paid the bills, some ( like the snow scenes and parades ) are personal pictures and the rest are just ” snap-shots “. Any help you can offer identifying any of these places is appreciated. Thanks …
